So . . . Here is the Reader's Digest Version. I had a new gutters and downspouts installed. Shortly afterward, I had LED Bulkhead lights installed on the front and side of our house. One of the downspouts was exactly where the bulkhead light needed to be in the center of a support column. I removed the downspout and mounted the bulkhead light. (See photo #1). I phoned my gutter installation guy and explained that I needed him to relocate one of the downspouts. After getting jerked round with promises for 6 months and having the bulkhead light fixture ruined from the water downpour, I started researching a possible solution online.
