Cutting the bottom opening to accommodate your downspout pipe is much easier to do BEFORE putting the panels together!
You may choose the option of having the "X" punched out of the
bottom at our shop. This design allows the downspout to slide our downspout pipe over the "X". This
feature eliminates the raised lip of the traditional drop in outlet.

12" for 2x3 downspout
15" for 3x4 downspout
Installation Hint: Secure back and front panels first at the front/bottom. Install side panels next Step by Step Video
This Aluminum Scupper Conductor Head adds a unique, beautiful architectural appeal while functioning to accept a larger volume water than a traditional outlet.
If you have a flat roof, getting that excess water drained quickly to prevent ponding is a must! Standing water can cause the roof membrane to
deteriorate and even hasten failure. A scupper/conductor head can help move more water from the building to the downspouts more quickly to ensure the rainwater is draining more quickly.
With more water to move more quickly, there is reduced backing up and overflowing that could cause damage.
Installing this architectural shape also allows for multiple downspouts to be dumping water into 1 location to quickly alleviate overflow of a traditional gutter.
Each
scupper is carefully formed so pieces easily line up and can be secured in place.
Scupper Boxes are known by many other names, such leader heads, collector heads, collector boxes, rainwater heads, rain collectors, and scupper boxes. They can be used for functional purposes such as making gutter cleaning
easier and allowing multiple downspouts to deposit rainwater into one location. Most find that they prefer the aesthetics and are really mandatory on commercial or residential flat roofs. The copper color is well known for being on historic buildings because they have an elegant, classic look. (to get that copper appearance, please use a high quality paint and save the price of a 'real copper' and look of green patina over time)
Don't see a color you have to have? Order White and over-spray with a high quality paint!
