There is a PATENT PENDING on the design and structure of the rain barrel described in this CD and the content on it. Your purchase of this CD is a limited license of the technical know-how and pending patent rights developed and possessed by Aquabarrel LLC relating to the design, structure and construction of a rain barrel and entitles you to build one (1) rain barrel in accordance with the instructions.
